Iran downs drone over southern town - report
Iranian air defenses on Wednesday shot down a drone over the southern province of Fars, according to the semi-official Iranian Students’ News Agency.
In a statement, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said an “advanced Hermes-900 drone” was detected over the city of Lar and destroyed by its aerospace air defense systems operating within the country’s integrated network.
