Turkey protests Iran firing missile toward its airspace - Reuters

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan conveyed Ankara’s protest to Iran in a phone call after a ballistic missile fired from Iran was detected heading toward Turkish airspace, a Turkish diplomatic source told Reuters on Wednesday.

Fidan also told Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi that steps further widening the conflict must be avoided, the source said.
