Israel preparing for a possible surprise war, military chief says

"The Israeli military is prepared to activate an offensive capability of unprecedented magnitude against any attempt to harm the State of Israel, and the IDF is also preparing for the possibility of a surprise war," the Israeli Chief of the General Staff said on Monday.
