Ebrahim Raisi: Non-constructive actions of the International Atomic Energy Agency will disrupt the negotiation process

"In the event of a non-constructive approach at the International Atomic Energy Agency, it is unreasonable to expect Iran to have a constructive response," Raisi said in a telephone interview with the President of the Council of Europe. "Non-constructive actions naturally disrupt the negotiation process."
