Red Cross: 18.4 million people in Afghanistan are in need of humanitarian assistance

As the crisis in Afghanistan continues, the International Committee of the Red Cross says 18.4 million people in Afghanistan are in need of humanitarian assistance. The Red Cross says 7 million people do not have access to health care and 40 million do not have enough food.
