Two Iranian protesters sexually assaulted in custody - report
Two protesters, including a 16-year-old, were sexually assaulted in custody during Iran’s nationwide uprising in the western city of Kermanshah, The Guardian reported, citing the France-based Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).
“During the transfer, security forces touched their bodies with batons. They beat and applied pressure to the anal area with a baton through the clothing,” the report quoted Rebin Rahmani, a member of the board of directors of the KHRN, as saying.
