Taliban ban women from using camera phones in Najrab district of Kapisa province

Officials of the Taliban Invitation and Guidance Commission have issued an official statement to the citizens of Nejrab district of Kapisa province ordering the use of camera phones for women is prohibited. They wrote that young people should not shave their hair and beards as British, American and French models, and shaving their beards is a great sin.
