Japan 0-3 Iran; Iran's national volleyball team became the Asian champion

Iran's national volleyball team won the Asian championship with a 3-0 victory over Japan. Behrouz Atai's students defeated the host Japan in 3 consecutive sets with the results of 25-27, 25-22 and 31-29 and became the champion of the Asian Volleyball Championship.
