Amnesty International: At least 72 people have died in Iranian prisons since 2010


Amnesty International says in a report that at least 72 deaths have occurred in 42 Iranian prisons since January 2010. According to the report, in 46 cases the cause of death was torture or other physical abuse at the hands of agents, and Iranian authorities have so far refused to answer for the deaths of these individuals.
