Ships can request Hormuz passage online - IRGC media
Ship owners and captains worldwide can register requests to pass through the Strait of Hormuz at any time through Iran’s Persian Gulf Strait Authority, IRGC-linked Tasnim News reported on Tuesday.
US Treasury sanctioned Iran’s Persian Gulf Strait Authority last month as part of what Secretary Scott Bessent called an “Economic Fury” campaign targeting Tehran’s oil exports and transport networks.
