Iran, US draft MOU includes mutual no-attack pledges - IRGC media

A draft memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States would commit Washington and its allies not to attack Iran or its allies, the IRGC-affiliated Fars News reported on Sunday.

In return, Iran and its allies would pledge not to launch any preemptive military attack on the United States or its allies, according to the report.
