49 Iran-linked tankers still inside blockade perimeter - TankerTracker

The US Navy has successfully intercepted multiple suspected sanctions violators near Oman, according to TankerTrackers, including the Iran-linked Aframax tanker LEVIN, which was reportedly pursued after being redirected back into the Arabian Sea.

But the tanker monitoring group said the more significant development may be that 49 non-sanctioned tankers linked to Iran are still operating within the blockade perimeter because they have not been designated by the US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
