Iran authorities say 19 alleged militants arrested in southeast
Iran’s intelligence ministry said on Tuesday that security forces had dismantled four alleged militant cells in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan and arrested 19 people before an attack was carried out.
The ministry claimed most of those detained were foreign nationals who had entered Iran after being recruited by militant groups and receiving military training.
