Canada expresses solidarity with UAE after Iranian attacks

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney expressed solidarity with the United Arab Emirates after Iranian missile and drone attacks on the country.

“We stand in solidarity with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and the people of the United Arab Emirates and commend the efforts made to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure,” Carney said in a statement on X.

Canada also reiterated its call for de-escalation and a diplomatic resolution to the conflict.
