LPG tanker bound for India crosses Strait of Hormuz - Reuters
A Marshall Islands-flagged tanker carrying liquefied petroleum gas has crossed the Strait of Hormuz, India’s shipping ministry said on Saturday, amid heightened tensions in the vital shipping route.
The Sarv Shakti, loaded with 46,313 metric tons of LPG and carrying 20 crew members, 18 of them Indian, is expected to arrive at the port of Visakhapatnam on May 13, the ministry said in a statement.
