‘Good news’ expected soon in Iran war talks, sources tell CNN

“Some good news is expected from both sides soon,” regional sources told CNN on Tuesday, as Pakistan pushed for a two-week ceasefire and stepped up mediation efforts in the Iran war.

"Discussions are steered directly by Pakistan’s army chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir," the report said. "The source added that a deal is expected to be closed tonight."
