Iran knew war was coming since March, former IRGC commander says

Mohsen Rezai, a former commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, said on Thursday that Tehran had been certain since March that a war was imminent.

"Our response must be deterrent. What has been done so far is not enough, and we will intensify the conflict day by day," Rezai said, according to local media.

He added that all enriched nuclear material had been relocated to secure sites.
