State Department: It is not clear what Iran means by returning to Borjam very soon
"We do not know exactly what Iranian officials mean by too soon," State Department spokesman Ned Price said in response to remarks by the Iranian foreign minister that Tehran would return to talks on reviving the UN Security Council "very soon."
