British Foreign Secretary talks with Pakistan about creating a safe haven for Afghans

During his visit to Pakistan, British Foreign Secretary Dominique Robb wants to talk to the country's leaders. Britain, meanwhile, has pledged میلیون 30m to help Afghanistan's neighbors use it to provide shelter for tens of thousands of Afghan refugees.
