Amnesty International: Leaked videos from Evin Prison are a reminder of the immunity of torturers

Amnesty International said in a statement that leaked video footage from Evin Prison showed horrific ill-treatment of detainees and reminded prisoners of their immunity from torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
