Police officer stabbed to death in northern Iran
A police officer in Iran’s northern Talesh county was killed after being wounded during a clash, state media reported on Tuesday.
The officer, identified as Erfan Shakouri, was injured during the arrest of a man accused of goods smuggling and later died of his wounds, according to the reports.
