Biden told the IAEA General Assembly that the United States was seeking a reciprocal return to Iran
In a message to the General Assembly of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Joe Biden called on all countries to implement the Additional Protocol. To that end, he added, the United States continues to seek a reciprocal return to Iran and the complete disarmament of nuclear weapons on the Korean Peninsula.
