Massoud criticizes the international community: The Taliban have been misled into claiming that it has changed

Ahmad Massoud, the leader of the Popular Resistance Front of Afghanistan, said in his message: "The international community created a false opportunity for the Taliban and gave the group the political courage to show the world that they have changed."
