Lavrov to Taliban: We are pleased if all ethnic groups share in new government
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told reporters minutes ago that Russia would attend the official announcement if the new Afghan government became inclusive. Lavrov said all ethnic groups in Afghanistan should be involved in forming a new government. In that case, Russia would be happy to attend.
