Iranian media reported that Iraq had agreed to have 30,000 Iranians attend the Arbaeen ceremony

Iranian media have reported that the Iraqi government has agreed to allow 30,000 Iranians to cross the air border to attend the Arbaeen ceremony. Participants reportedly must have a negative corona test less than 72 hours before entering Iraq.
