Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman: Afghan groups should avoid violence and fratricide

Referring to the clashes in Panjshir, Afghanistan, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh called on all parties to show restraint and adhere to the principle of dialogue to resolve disputes, and called on Afghan groups to refrain from using "violence and fratricide" again.
