Russia: ‌ We hope the Taliban do not go to war with Panjshir

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday that he hoped the Taliban would not go to war with Panjshir. He said Russia did not intend to mediate between the Taliban and Afghan political parties, but called on all political-ethnic groups to agree on a comprehensive transitional government.
