A new wharf has opened in the Chinese-controlled port of Haifa in Israel

Israel has officially opened a new port called "Biport" in the port of Haifa under Chinese exclusive control. The Beport Port, operated by the Shanghai International Port Group, will be able to accommodate larger cargo ships with more than 18,000 containers.
