A group of trade union activists at the University of Tehran formed a committee to follow up on the release of Kasra Nouri, a imprisoned student at the University of Tehran. The committee said in a statement that it had sent a letter of request to the president of the University of Tehran on Saturday explaining the legal possibilities for his release.
