Central Bank: The average price of an apartment in Tehran has reached 31 million tomans per square meter

According to the Central Bank, the average price per square meter of apartments in Tehran in August reached 31 million tomans, which is 34% more than last year. Region one with an average price of about 65 million tomans per square meter had the most expensive and region 18 with about 14 million tomans had the cheapest housing price.
