The United States uses the Isa Air Base in Bahrain to transport civilians from Afghanistan

The Bahraini government has requested that the US government use US military aircraft from the Isa Air Base in Kabul to transport American and Afghan citizens from Kabul. The airport has a capacity of one thousand people and the United States is allowed to keep people there for 14 days
