The Guardian: Qaani's relationship is not as good as Soleimani's with Khamenei

The Guardian quoted informed sources as saying that Ismail Qaani had little to do with Khamenei or his office. According to the newspaper, on paper, he plays the same role as Soleimani, which is a combination of the command of the special forces, the intelligence department and the representative of the Supreme Leader, but he clearly lacks the third and most important feature.
