East Tehran blackout caused by debris hitting substation - Iranian media

A power outage in parts of Tehran was caused by fragments hitting a power substation in the east of the capital, Iranian media reported early on Tuesday.

The reports said a repair crew was sent to the site to restore electricity quickly. Iranian media had earlier reported power cuts in Tehran following attacks and the restoration of service afterward.
