Bahrain’s Bapco Energies declares force majeure after Iran attack on refinery
Bapco Energies, Bahrain’s state-owned energy company, declared force majeure on its group operations on Monday following an attack on its refinery complex, the company said.
The firm said domestic market needs remained fully secured and that supplies would continue without disruption.

Bapco said supply continuity was being supported by contingency plans already in place.
Reuters reported earlier in the day that thick smoke rose from the direction of Bapco oil refinery and surrounded the complex after an Iranian drone attack in the Sitra area caused injuries and property damage.
