Huawei's chief financial officer will not be extradited from Canada to the United States under an agreement with a court in New York

Huawei Chief Financial Officer Meng Wangzhou, who is under house arrest in connection with a breach of Iranian sanctions in Canada, has virtually agreed with a New York court to adjourn the trial. Meng will not be extradited to the United States under the agreement, which runs until December 2022
