UN Secretary-General: The United States and China must reach a common position on climate change and trade

In an interview with Bloomberg, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that the United States and China, while at odds over issues such as human rights and the South China Sea, need to share a common vision on issues such as climate change, trade and technology.
