Member of the Presidium of the Majles: A young man who wants to establish a cattle ranch must obtain 118 licenses

Mohsen Dehnavi, a member of the parliament's presidium, referring to the administrative problems of starting a business in Iran, said that 130 permits were needed to establish a fish farm and that it would take two years at the same time. "If a young man wants to start a farm today, he has to get 118 licenses," he added.
