Iran's representative to the IAEA: Do not expect constructive action until sanctions are in place

"Do not expect constructive action as long as the sanctions are in place," said Kazem Gharibabadi, the Islamic Republic's representative to international organizations based in Vienna, at a quarterly meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors, criticizing European countries' request for Iran to comply with UNHCR commitments.
