Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, in a meeting with the Iraqi Prime Minister, called Kurdish armed groups opposed to the Islamic Republic "disrupting the security of the two countries' borders" and called for "immediate disarmament and immediate expulsion" from the Iraqi Kurdistan region. It has attacked the positions of these groups in the last three days
