Local sources in Panjshir report the death of Ruhollah Azizi, brother of Amrullah Saleh, former First Vice President of Afghanistan Azizi, who commanded one of the Panjshir resistance units, was reportedly arrested and shot dead by Taliban forces on Thursday evening.
