State Department Spokesman: Vienna talks on BRICS should resume as soon as possible

State Department spokesman Ned Price said the United States wants to resume indirect talks with Iran in Vienna on reviving the UN Security Council "as soon as possible." He added that the IAEA Board is "the most effective way possible" to ensure that Iran is not permanently allowed to acquire nuclear weapons.
