Speaker of the Presidium of the Majles: The Islamic Republic is in contact with the Taliban
Nizamuddin Mousavi, spokesman for the parliament's presidium, said the Islamic Republic was in contact with the Taliban and was "working to ensure the interests of the Iranian people and the people of Afghanistan."
