Afghanistan crisis; India called on the international community to come together and work for common interests

Regarding the situation in Afghanistan, Indian Foreign Minister Jay Shanker said it was time for the international community to come together and work for their common interests. An introduction ceremony for the Taliban government is scheduled to take place in Kabul in the coming days. India has not yet openly opposed the Taliban's takeover of Kabul.
