Mehrdad Bakhtiari, the uncle of Pouya Bakhtiari, who was killed in November 1998, said in a video that reached Iran International that while driving, he noticed that his car's brakes were not working and the repairman told him that the brakes had been intentionally cut. He said the Islamic Republic was to blame for any possible incidents to his family members
