Sep 3, 2021, 11:06 GMT+1

It is reported that a Taliban mullah in a Friday prayer sermon today, 12 September, in Kabul's Khashti Bridge Mosque, announced that from now on, a person who steals will have his hand amputated according to Sharia law. The international community and the people of Afghanistan are concerned about the re-establishment of strict Taliban laws, as they were in the 1990s.
