Taliban: ‌ Negotiations with Panjshir leaders have not been concluded

Amir Khan Mottaqi, a Taliban leader, said in an audio message that talks with Ahmad Massoud, the leader of the Resistance Front in Panjshir, had failed. "Talks with Panjshir leaders have been held many times in different cities in different ways, but so far these talks have not been concluded," Mottaqi said in his message.
