Member of the Taliban Cultural Commission: The change of capital from Kabul to Kandahar is under discussion

"Consultations are underway to form a government and it will certainly be a comprehensive system," Abdul Qahar Balkhi, a member of the Taliban's cultural commission, told Al Jazeera. He said changing the capital from Kabul to Kandahar is also a topic of discussion.
