Europe has received and listened to Trump’s message, NATO chief says
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Monday that European nations had “gotten the message” from US President Donald Trump and were now implementing agreements on the use of military bases.
“Yes, there has been some disappointment from the US side, but Europeans have listened,” he told reporters at a summit in Armenia.
