Argentina declares Iran envoy persona non grata
Argentina has declared Iran’s charge d’affaires Mohsen Tehrani persona non grata and ordered him to leave the country within 48 hours, the foreign minister said in a statement on Thursday.
The decision follows a statement issued on Wednesday by Iran’s foreign ministry accusing President Javier Milei and Foreign Minister Pablo Quirno of being complicit in military attacks on its territory.
