Ebrahim Hosseini, a member of the Shiraz City Council, announced the formation of "Shiraz, the third shrine of the Ahl al-Bayt" due to the tomb of Ahmad Benomousi (Shahcheragh). "Shiraz felt that it had entered the third shrine of the Ahl al-Bayt."
